PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for crystallizing N²-((S)-1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenylpropyl)-N⁶-trifluoroacetyl-L-lysyl-L-proline with good crystal physical properties, by using a solvent replacing methyl tert-butyl ether/cyclohexane or methyl tert-butyl ether/hexanes (C₆H₁₄).;SOLUTION: This method for crystallizing the N²-((S)-1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenylpropyl)-N⁶-trifluoroacetyl-L-lysyl-L-proline comprising using methyl tert-butyl ether as the crystallization solvent and methylcyclohexane as a co-solvent.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
