A method of crystallizing N2-((S)-1-ethoxycarbonyl-3-phenylpropyl)-N6-trifluoroacetyl-L-lysyl-L-proline by using at least one compound represented by the general formula CR1R2R3R4 as the solvent for crystallization and, if required, a subsidiary solvent for controlling the crystallization condition.
