PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device or the like for intention communication based on the change in brain wave relevant to an alpha wave. PSOLUTION: Brain wave data measured by an electrode part 1 provided on the head part are input into an artificial neural network (ANN) model software operated by a control device 7 after the brain wave data are pre-treated by a pre-treatment method (PTM). An ANN model is acquired by learning data on event-related desynchronization in advance. The software performs appropriate output functions after correcting a frequency due to aging (equal to or more than 60 years old), if necessary.
