PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shielding transparent board, a panel display device, an electromagnetic shielding window, and an electromagnetic wave shielding container, which require no waste treatment and are easy to manufacture and wherein electromagnetic shielding properties are consistent with optical transparency, and to provide a method for manufacturing an electromagnetic wave shielding board.;SOLUTION: For manufacturing the electromagnetic wave shielding transparent board, the tip of an ultrafine-diameter nozzle 21 whereto a liquid containing ultrafine metal particulates is supplied is arranged near a transparent substrate K, and a voltage of a given waveform is applied to the liquid inside the nozzle 21 for the nozzle 21 to eject droplets of the liquid containing ultra-fine diameter metal particulates onto the transparent substrate K for forming a conductive lattice pattern on the transparent substrate K.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
