PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a patient to train for recovering a function to pull-up himself/herself by his/her own ability without feeling fear of tumbling-down, falling, or sliding when a bed-fast patient who can moves on a bed by displacing the body wants to get down from the bed and stand up.;SOLUTION: The patient 11 is enclosed with three-side fences and the end of the bed 12, so as to prevent the patient 11 from tumbling-down or falling. Inclined side reception bars 6a, 6b are arranged at the tops of the orthogonal fences at the both sides of the bed 12, so that the patient 11 is prevented from sliding by allowing the patient 11 to slip armpits when exhausted in pulling-up himself/herself, and to automatically sit down onto the bed 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
