PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agreement support device, a control method therefor, an agreement support system, and a program which efficiently support agreement for repair expenses between a repairer and an assurer. PSOLUTION: A network enterpriser server 500 receives accident matter information related to an accident matter of a repair object from a repairer terminal 200. The reliability of the accident matter information is evaluated on the basis of accident pictures in the accident matter information. Examination item information showing an examination method for the accident matter is determined on the basis of the evaluation result.
