The present invention discloses a terminal providing the issue and term agreement of a card, a service providing device, an e-wallet system including the same, a control method thereof, and a recording medium including a computer program. In other words, as a term agreement process for at least one payment-related card is performed in a first terminal and the agreed payment-related card is issued to a second terminal through interlinking with a server or affiliated company server when at least one payment-related card is issued, the present invention progresses with an issue process for at least one payment-related card and improves the convenience of users regarding the issue of the payment-related card.
