CAR DISPATCH MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, POSITION INFORMATION MANAGEMENT DEVICE, AND METHOD OF MANAGING CAR DISPATCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible for a user to receive car dispatch services anywhere in the country by simply knowing only one address to be accessed.;SOLUTION: The user 4 transmits the current position to a position information management device 11 by use of a portable terminal 3 when requesting the dispatch of a taxi. The position information management device 11 transmits to the portable terminal 3 of the user 4 a service center selection screen for selecting one of dispatch management service centers operated by a taxi company that includes the current position in its dispatch area. When the user 4 selects the dispatch management service center using the selection screen, a car dispatch management device 21 in the screen is accessed. The dispatch management device 21 obtains the user's current position from a position information data center 1 and displays the position on a map being displayed on a display device 23.
