PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vaccination index calculation device, vaccination index calculation program and vaccination index calculation method for calculating an index which enables to know a standard for preventing a regional epidemic of disease or the achievement of an administrative service.;SOLUTION: Information for determining the age of an individual and information for determining the age when a vaccination is performed to the individual are accumulated in an accumulation part 101. A vaccination information acquisition part 103 acquires the information for individuals of the age acquired by an age acquisition part 102 from the accumulation part 101. A vaccination ratio calculation part 104 calculates the vaccination ratio that is an accumulative index showing the ratio of the individuals vaccinated up to the respective age.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
