PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To concentrate the attention of the driver of a vehicle the speed of which is reduced to the reduction in speed in a point changed in gradient of an expressway or the like.;SOLUTION: The speeds of a passing vehicle around the point changed in gradient are measured, and the speeds around the point changed in gradient are mutually compared.
