PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device utilizing an observation hole with a lens installed to a door.;SOLUTION: A guide pipe 5 continuously connecting a horizontal pipe portion 2, a curved pipe portion 3 and a drooping pipe portion 4 having a main pipe member 1 with an operation handle 6 attached are provided, a core rod portion 13 having a flexible portion 12 at a central portion in a longitudinal direction is inserted to the guide pipe with both end portions protruded outwardly, a lug 14 is attached to an end portion at the horizontal pipe portion, a linking rod portion 16 having a large coefficient of friction is installed to the end portion at the drooping pipe side, and the linking rod portion 16 is made freely movable up and down by the operation of the lug 14.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
