PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that attached mechanisms forming a unit such as a conventional flow meter have fitting mechanisms of meter end sections storing a valve mechanism and a check valve mechanism at both side ends of a support lever bent into a U-shape for integrated structure unitization, the flow meter is inserted between both fitting mechanisms, and the support lever functioning as a support frame integrally supporting the unit is linear and structurally unstable and has a problem in the durability for bearing water pressure or the like.;SOLUTION: A unit frame 1 storing the attached mechanisms (a) and b in an integrated structure is formed into an annular shape surrounding a unit body A. The outer diameter outside shape of a frame body is formed into a shape inserted into a storage box or a shape pinched between the upper box body and the lower box body of the storage box.
