PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high resolution picture by eliminating ghost caused by retroreflection of projection light. PSOLUTION: Minute recesses and projections 5 are randomly formed on the incident face 2a of a Fresnel lens sheet 2 without gaps between the recesses and projections 5. The glossiness (Gs60°) of the minute recesses and projections 5 formed by a random pattern is 35% or less. The shape of each of the minute recesses and projections 5 is semi-sphere, a height difference between each recess and each projection 5 is about 10μm, and the maximum diameter of the recesses and projections 5 is about 50μm. Projection light L receives the scattering effect by the minute recesses and projections 5 of the incident face 2a, and is vector-resolved to be weakened in light intensity.
