PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly start the utilization of a site left after the landfilling treatment of incineration ash is performed.;SOLUTION: In performing the landfilling treatment of coal ash according to an incineration ash treatment method, at first, coal ash 2 is charged in a landfilling space 1 and leveled by a bulldozer so as to become a thickness of about 3 m and pressed if necessary to form a coal ash layer 3 as an incineration ash layer.
