Economical medium for insect cell culture massive

摘要

A serum-free insect cell culture medium, the medium is provided at a lower cost than commercial medium to improve the replication of virus in the insect in these cells and the maximal cell density is maintained are described. Scale-up is easy, I also described preparation method with improved lipid emulsion to produce a stable emulsion than long retention period.
