EUCENTRIC INCLINED THREE-DIMENSIONAL X-RAY CT AND IMAGING METHOD OF THREE-DIMENSIONAL IMAGE BY USING THE SAME

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a eucentric inclined three-dimensional X-ray CT (computerized tomography) not only allowing the whole of a flat measuring object having a large planar area to be imaged but also being made possible to perform high-expansion ratio three-dimensional tomography of a part thereof. PSOLUTION: This CT is equipped with a eucentric table T for placing the measuring object D thereon and allowing its axis of rotation to be set at an arbitrary position, an X-ray source A, and a two-dimensional detector B disposed opposite thereto to detect a projected image of the measuring object on the table. The source and the detector are disposed so that an axis line connecting them crosses the axis of rotation at an angle smaller than 90. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
