PURPOSE: To obtain the subject sealant which facilitates the sealing and separation of the lens and housing of a lighting fixture for vehicle, by incorporating a polyphenylene oxide of high softening point into a hot-melt sealant composed mainly of a styrenic block copolymer. ;CONSTITUTION: This sealant is composed essentially of 100 pts.wt. styrenic block copolymer (e.g. an SEBS block copolymer) and about 10-100 pts.wt. polyphenylene oxide.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
