PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ventilation device for a residence capable of executing all air supply and air exhaustion of a residence by a ventilation unit installed on a recessed ceiling near outside of the residence, having an excellent design of an external appearance with no ventilation opening at the exterior of building, capable of being effectively installed by short time work, and economical with inexpensive equipment cost and material cost.;SOLUTION: Ventilation units 1 and 1' are installed in recesses at the ceiling 9 near outdoor in a connectable manner to an exhaustion opening 3 and an air supply opening 4 provided to each room in the residence. The ventilation unit is equipped with a kitchen exhaustion fan 10, a kitchen air supply fan 11 and a sanitary exhaustion fan 12. Alternatively, in addition to these driving fans, an exhaustion fan 52 for constant ventilation, an air supply fan 51, air supply grills 14, 20; 18', 36, 37, 38, 39 at a flat panel 16 of a casing 13 for incorporating a heat exchange element 50 for total heat exchange, and exhaustion grills 15, 22 are provided.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
