PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a mixture separation membrane apparatus capable of still more enhancing separation capacity and the mixture separation membrane apparatus the separation capacity of which is sill more enhanced.;SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the mixture separation membrane apparatus includes a process for allowing powdery seed crystals capable of growing crystals of ZSM-5 type zeolite to be present on the surface of a porous support substrate and a process for immersing the porous support substrate in a mother liquor for forming a ZSM-5 type zeolite film containing no sodium in its components to heat the same for a predetermined time to grow the crystals of the ZSM-5 type zeolite on the surface of the porous support substrate using seed crystals as nuclei to form the ZSM-5 type zeolite film.
