PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure tissue bloodstream without management for used gas and any limit on a working place with inexpensive gas and device used. SOLUTION: A subject is given continuous inhalation of oxygen gas having a first concentration, and subsequently given continuous inhalation of oxygen gas having a second concentration. At this time, an oxygen saturation degree measuring device 1 continuously measures the degree of oxygen of vein in tissue of the subject. A bloodstream detecting part 2 obtains a tissue bloodstream according to the attenuation change due to influence of oxygen gas having the second concentration of the oxygen saturation degree of the vein measured by the oxygen saturation degree measuring device 1. That is, the bloodstream detecting part 2 takes the attenuation change as a designated index function change, and obtains a half value period or a time constant of the attenuation curve to thereby obtain tissue bloodstream.
