PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a countermeasure report generating device for an abnormality monitor system for an exchange, which can generate a countermeasure report within a shortest time with minimum of troubles. ;SOLUTION: A message DB(database) 26, a unit DB 27, and an arrangement history DB 28 are stored on a hard disk drive 25 of a monitor information server 9. The client of the server 9 reads information, regarding an exchange out of the unit DB 27 and a history regarding the same message generated by the exchange in the past out of the arrangement history DB 28 and generates a report file, where the information regarding the exchange and the total of past messages are written.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
