PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a viewer can not be satisfied with one-way information from a program providing side like EPG.;SOLUTION: In a program providing server 14, channel information is acquired from each of viewer terminal by a channel receiving part 24 and on the basis of this information, the number of viewers is counted by a counting processing part 30. A chat processing part 26 opens a chart room for each of programs and the number of quotes is counted by the counting processing part 30. A decision part 32 evaluates a program with the number of quotes and the number of viewers as references and that evaluation is displayed on the viewer terminal by a display processing part 34.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
