Rotating fermentation apparatus and organic waste fermentation method

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary fermentation device which has high durability as a device and is effective in the fermentation of raw materials and a method for fermenting organic waste products. PSOLUTION: A fermentation bath 1 can be closed and has a port 11 for introducing raw materials, an air supply port 12, and an exhaust port 13. A rotator 4 is provided so as to be able to rotate the fermentation bath 1 by power with the lateral first axis A as a center. Agitation wings 5 are provided so as to be able to rotate by power into a direction opposite to the first axis A with the second axis (as a center) that is parallel to the first axis A within the fermentation bath 1. The fermentation bath 1 has a hook for hoisting and the port 11 for introducing raw materials is formed so as to be able to open and close on the peripheral face surrounding the first axis A of the fermentation bath 1. The rotator 4 has a fermentation-bath-supporting rack 22 and a rotary drive part 23. The fermentation-bath-supporting rack 22 supports the fermentation bath 1 so that the bath can rotate with the first axis A as a center. The rotary drive part 23 is removable from the fermentation bath 1 and is provided so as to be able to rotate the fermentation bath 1 on the fermentation-bath-supporting rack 22 by power with the first axis A as a center.
