PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for narrowing down a managed item and necessary setting information and conditions, according to the manager's name and requested action of the manager for a task having different managed items and different necessary setting information and conditions for each manager.;SOLUTION: The extraction of managed items for each manager is realized, by defining a request conditional definition DB for each manager previously and by narrowing down according to the requested action of the manager through an account condition extracting engine by using the requested conditions of the manager and the definition of the requested condition.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
