PURPOSE: To provide a method for dehydration of a shaped sodium hydrosulfide, capable of readily dehydrating a high-concentration shaped sodium hydrosulfide in a high yield in a short time without denaturating sodium hydrosulfide, especially capable of carrying out the dehydration process after completion of a white coating film forming process under a quick temperature-raise condition. ;CONSTITUTION: In dehydration of a shaped sodium hydrosulfide of ≥65wt.% total sodium hydrosulfide content, this method is carried out by gradually raising the temperature of the shaped material up to ≥57°C while passing an inert gas through the shaped sodium hydrosulfide and subsequently quickly raising the temperature for through-flow dehydration.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO
