PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct a laser beam irradiation position with high accuracy. SOLUTION: In forming a desired three-dimensional shape model by stacking a plurality of solidified layers each formed by irradiating an agent to be solidified with laser beam through a deflection means, midway correction operation comprising an irradiation position data acquiring stage at the time of formation of a model, a difference data acquiring stage and a deflection control stage is repeated during the formation of the model. At the time of the midway correction operation, measurement and correction are performed with respect to a scanning direction due to one scanning mirror in the deflection means 2 comprising two scanning mirrors 21 and 22 for successively reflecting laser beam. Thereafter, measurement and correction are performed with respect to a scanning direction due to the other scanning mirror.
