New cat immunity incomplete virus stocks and DNA and the cat immunity incomplete virus vaccine null which correspond to its cover film protein gene RNA

PURPOSE: To obtain the DNA which is useful in production of vaccine deactivating fells immunodeficiency virus or in production of gene-recombinant vaccine. ;CONSTITUTION: The DNA has the whole part or a part of the base sequence given to the formula, corresponding to the envelop gene RNA of the SHIZUOKA strain of felis immunodeficiency virus. T-lymphocytes are collected from the blood of a cat infected with the SHIZUOKA strain of fells immunodeficiency virus by centrifugation. Then, a small amount of water is added to the chromosomal gene to prepare a DNA solution for PCR and the DNA primer is chemically synthesized from the base sequence of the envelop gene (2565 bp) of the Petaruma strain of Felis immunodeficiency virus to amplify the envelop gene of the SHIZUOKA strain by the PCR followed by purification. Then, the base sequence is determined by means of commercially available base sequence kit and automatic sequence-determining apparatus (for example, made by the Applied biosystem Company).;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
