A branch duct 51 disposed corresponding to each tip water faucet 6 provided in each part of kitchen and sanitary space in the building 1 is connected to the header 47, a water supply pipe 49 and a hot water supply pipe 50 or only the water supply pipe 49 is stored in each branch duct 51, and the tip opening of each branch duct 51 is opened in the vicinity of the corresponding tip water faucet or in the vicinity of the tip water faucet and its drain trap.
