PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for pulverizing germinating seeds without degenerating and decomposing the functional components of the germinating seeds. PSOLUTION: This method for pulverizing the germinating seeds comprises drying the germinating seeds of every plant by aeration regardless of plants and kinds and pulverizing the dried product with a turning air stream type pulverizer so as not to degenerate and decompose the functional components stored and increased in germination.
