PURPOSE: To provide a liquid submerging type rotary device which can prevent liquid from infiltrating into a gap in a bearing part, irrespective of a kind of liquid, and a suspending conveying device using this rotary device. ;CONSTITUTION: A rotary shaft 46 is rotated, relative to a sleeve 52 so that a working plate 48 can smoothly swing. When the working plate 48 is led into liquid which tends to penetrate between the rotary shaft 46 and the sleeve 52, the liquid is blocked by double seals which are given at one end side of a through-hole 42 by a first seal 55 and a second seal member 56 that pressurizes the liquid through the first seal 55. Further, the liquid is also blocked by a lid plate 63 on the other side of the through-hole 42. Thereby it is possible to completely prevent infiltration of the liquid, and sticking of the liquid.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1995,JPO
