PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To very efficiently treat alkali fly ash with low power consumption. ;SOLUTION: This device is provided with a cylindrical casing 3; a rotary shaft 5 placed on the axis of the casing 3; plural agitation blades 6 fitted to the rotary shaft 5; a shearing/dispersion impeller 13 placed inside the casing 3; an alkali fly ash supply port 16, a liquid supply port 17, a supply port 18 for a gaseous carbon dioxide-containing gas and a gas discharge port 19, each placed in an upper part of the surface of the casing 3; and a treated fly ash discharge port 20 placed in a lower part of the surface of the casing 3.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2001,JPO
