SOLUTION: Advice information concerned with beauty or health corresponding to information concerned with a beauty or health state transmitted from a user terminal is extracted, and the clinical record information of each user is generated. The clinical record information is displayed on the display part of the user terminal. Facial aesthetic care suited to the user is selected from various kinds of facial aesthetic care based on the advice information concerned with beauty and is provided to the user.
