PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrate slurry air-conditioning system, sufficiently accommodating the quantity of heat of an air-conditioning load, minimizing the power of a pump for transporting hydrate slurry to the air-conditioning load and suppressing the formation of a liquid way and the occurrence of cavitation.;SOLUTION: solid phase fraction measuring means 40 and solid phase fraction control means are provided for measuring the solid phase fraction of the hydrate slurry to be transported to the air-conditioning load 3 and for controlling the solid phase fraction. The solid phase fraction control means consists of a bypass pipe 35 connecting an outward pipe 29 on the suction side of the slurry pump 6 to a homeward pipe 21a and control valves 36a, 36b for controlling the amount of a water solution in the homeward pipe 21a, in which the hydrate slurry is dissolved, to be filled in the outward pipe 29 through the bypass pipe 35.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
