PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it easy to survey an existent idea and to effectively use a survey result.;SOLUTION: An idea sheet on which a developer proposes an idea is provided with a function ('retrieval condition' field 'existent idea retrieval start' button) for retrieving an existent idea and then the existent idea can be retrieved as well as the proposal of an idea.
