SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH PAPER RATING SITE OF NETWORK BASE BASED ON NEW CONCEPT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decide rating of a research paper based on the frequency of downloading of the whole of the paper by using a network covering the entire world, namely, the Internet opening every scientific research paper in public so that every scholar can read it.;SOLUTION: A scientific research paper rating site is opened on the Internet, and scholars of the entire world inform URL of a scientific research paper opened in public in his/her Web site on the Internet and book items to the rating site, and the rating site unconditionally opens the URL and the book items in public. Any scholar can access this site to download an interested paper through the rating site. This rating site records the number of downloads, and periodically provides the information about the number of downloads to the scolar who informed the paper URL, and provides the ranking information for each field on the site.
