PERISHABLE-FOOD PACKAGING CASE INHIBITING GROWTH OF MICROBE, AND METHOD FOR PRESERVATION OF PERISHABLE FOOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a perishable-food packaging case enabling long preservation of cut vegetables, other vegetables, or other perishable foods, and to provide a method for preservation of perishable food. ;SOLUTION: The case comprising a perishable-food packaging bag has an inner bag 1 and an outer bag 2, and is suitable for cold storage of vegetables such as cut vegetables or other perishable foods. In the inner bag 1, cut vegetables 100 are charged. The inner bag 1 and the outer bag 2 are each made of polyethylene film having a thickness of about 50 μm. The inner bag 1 is provided with a lot of round holes 1a with a diameter of about 4 mm, but the outer bag 2 is not provided with any ventilation holes. The space between the outside wall of the inner bag 1 charged with the cut vegetables 100 and the inside wall of the outer bag 2 is filled with air.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
