PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find cheat opening although case opening for maintenance and inspection, or the like can be conducted repeatedly. PSOLUTION: A cheat opening preventing mechanism is placed a sub-board assembly 20 in which a sub-board cover 30 is mounted on a sub-board case 21 supported by covering a sub-board base 27 to which a sub-control board 40 is attached. The mechanism is provided with a connecting screw 45 for connecting the sub-board case 21 and the sub-board cover 30, a connecting screw inserting hole 31 formed in the sub-board cover, and a covering cap 50 attached to the inserting hole 31. The covering cap 50 after once attached to the inserting hole 31 cannot conduct the connection releasing operation of a connecting screw 45 member from the outside via the inserting hole 31 unless the connecting portion 56b of a lid portion 55 is broken to push down this.
