PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent board case cheat opening. PSOLUTION: The cheat opening preventing mechanism for a case comprising a main board case 20 and a main board cover 30 comprises a case engaging portion 50 connected to the main board case 20 by a case connecting portion 59, a cover engaging portion 60 connected to the main board cover 30 by a cover connecting portion 69, and a joining member 70. When the case engaging portion 50 and the cover engaging portion 60 overlap each other, the joining member 70 is engaged with the case engaging portion 50 and the cover engaging portion 60 and a state that the main board cover 30 is mounted on the main board case 20 is held. The main board cover 30 can be removed from the main board case 20 by cutting connecting portions 59 and 69 and in this state, when the cover engaging portion 60 is rotated for the case engaging portion 50, the engagement can be released.
