PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a tasteless and odorless nutritive food rich in mineral components and vitamins necessary for human body, free from the problem of deteriorating the taste and flavor of foods incorporated with the nutritive food and useful for various foods and beverages by using a unicellular Cyanophta clone originated from Aphanothece sacrum. ;SOLUTION: This nutritive food comprises a unicellular Cyanophta clone originated from Aphanothece sacrum naturally growing in Suizenji, Kumamoto City, Japan.
