PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm easily with a high accuracy a flight position and a flight track of a missile (3) when the flight position of the missile (3) is operated on the basis of correction data and GPS signals received at the missile (3) by receiving GPS signals from a GPS satellite (1) at a ground reference station (2) and the missile (3) and generating the correction data related to the flight position of the missile (3) from the GPS signals received at the ground reference station (2). ;SOLUTION: Correction data are stored in a memory part (8) at the ground reference station (2). A fixed time later, the stored correction data are read out from the memory part (8) and transmitted after mixed with the present correction data. The correction data transmitted from the ground reference station (2) are stored in a memory part (16) at the missile (3). The correction data are read out from the memory part (16) after an operation for the flight position is finished to be initialized.
