An opening or closing device 9 is arranged within the fluidized medium discharging passage 7, fluidized medium b is fed out by a fluidized medium transferring device 10 and then a foreign matter discharging pipe 11 is arranged below the classifier 6. A cooling air injection nozzle 12 is arranged below the classifier 9 and a mixture I of the fluidized medium B and foreign matter Ao flowing from the foreign matter discharging pipe 11 is received by a vibration conveyor 14.
