PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner rotor which prevents occurrence of noise or vibrations at a time of drive of a pump, and can be manufactured at low cost. ;SOLUTION: In the inner rotor for an internal gear oil pump rotated by a shaft press-fit in the center of the inner rotor, a design value of a radius of a tooth face before press-fit of the shaft is smaller than a desired value, and difference between the design value and the desired value is made to be gradually smaller from a tooth bottom to a tip so that the inner rotor is designed in a manner that the radius of the tooth face is made to be the desired value after the shaft is press-fit.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
