摘要

PURPOSE: To provide a laminated composite film excellent in transparency and prevented from the lowering of laminate strength by constituting the laminate surface of the composite film of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin layer and constituting the opposite surface thereof of a heat-sealable resin and setting the max. surface roughness value of the laminate surface to a specific value or less and setting the water content thereof to a specific value or less and setting the center line surface roughness of a heat seal surface to a specific value range. ;CONSTITUTION: A laminated composite film is constituted of an ethylene/vinyl alcohol copolymer resin (EVOH) layer 1 being a laminate surface, a heat- sealable resin layer 2 being an opposite heat seal surface, an intermediate layer 3 and an adhesive resin layer 4 and other film 5 is laminated to the surface 11 of the EVOH layer l to obtain a final film. The max. surface roughness of the EVOH layer is set to 2μm or less and the center line average surface roughness of the heat-sealable resin layer 2 is set to 0.1-0.5μm. The water content of the EVOH layer 1 or that of the surface 11 of the EVOH layer 1 is controlled to be set to 0.5wt.% or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1996,JPO
