PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flux cored wire for gas shield arc welding which has good productivity, and excellent welding metal performance and welding workability when a finish wire is welded, without occurrence of incomplete fusion or spatter when the flux cored wire is manufactured.;SOLUTION: A steel enclosure is filled with a flux to form a flux cored wire for gas shield arc welding. In this case, the flux mainly composed of TiO2 contains 0.5-20 wt.% nickel oxide powder.
