PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change the setting of many automatic vending machines installed in a wide area in a short time with ease. ;SOLUTION: An automatic vending machine 1 is provided with a reception means 2 receiving the operation contents of the automatic vending machine 1 transmitted by data broadcasting, a storage means 3 storing data showing the operation contents of the automatic vending machine 1 received by the receiving means 2, and a control means 4 controlling the operation of the automatic vending machine 1 based on data stored in the storage means 3. Then when data showing the operation contents of the automatic vending machine 1 is transmitted by data broadcasting, the reception means 2 provided in the automatic vending machine 1 receives data showing the operation contents of the automatic vending machine 1.
