PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a module management system suitable for preventing the unauthorized use of an application with use restrictions. PSOLUTION: A module management server 100 and a user terminal 200 are connected through the Internet 199. The module management server 100, when it receives a judgment request, makes a judgment on whether or not the use of a module with use restrictions related to the judgment request satisfies a predetermined use restriction condition and on the basis of the judgment result, transmits a deletion command by which the module with use restrictions related to the judgment request is to be deleted to the user terminal 200. The user terminal 200, before using the module with use restrictions, transmits a judgment request by which the propriety of the use of the module with use restrictions is to be judged to the module management server 100, and on the other hand, if the deletion command is received, deletes the module with use restrictions related to the deletion command.
