PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an introducing education method which coheres to a community so as to solve problems that the introducing education of the adequate Internet can not be executed easily because of the insufficiency of skilled leaders and the anxiety of the contact to inadequate contents or the like though the introducing education is indispensable for the Internet education, and the approach and curriculum corresponding to the level of the community are necessary because of the great difference of the maintenance situation of the Internet environment in the areas. ;SOLUTION: Every educational institution makes a connection contract with the CATV station in the prescribed area beforehand. The CATV station utilizes in the community-based characteristic, makes the introducing educational program of the level which corresponds with the situation of the community/every educational institution by using a suitable theme for the community/every educational institution, and delivers it to every educational institution. Every educational institution receives the delivery and uses the program delivered by the CATV station as the teaching materials of the Internet education by using the Internet actually while watching the CATV, that is to say, the television.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
