PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to simply print out an application or the like to be presented to a financial institution in a plurality of forms, and further to prevent mis-reading for letters/characters printed on such an application form. ;SOLUTION: Application object data 30 is transmitted from a server 10 to a customer computer 14 (S106), and an application input form screen expressed by the object data 30 is displayed (S108). When an application is inputted thereinto (S110) and a 'printing' button is clicked (S112), it is determined whether there is any inadequate input item (S114). When no inadequacy exists, three kinds of sheets are printed; one for a customer's duplicate, one to be kept by the financial institution, and one for the financial institution's input work (S118).
