PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new contents selling intermediation technique enabling a user to easily buy contents suited to his or her taste. ;SOLUTION: The contents buying user specifies the contents and issues search demand, and this device searches a user who has issued reproducing demand of contents resembling to the specified contents in characteristics and shows the user list to the contents buying user. Accordingly, the contents buying user selects a user from whom the contents are bought, and the device acquires using history information of the contents regarding to the user and notifies the contents buying user of it. Accordingly, the contents buying user selects the contents of which the user desires to buy from the contents using history information, and the device performs selling intermediation processing for the contents.
