A power-save determinator 23 generates and outputs a control command for at least one device of the power-consuming device group 18 so that the total consumed power of the power-consuming device group 18 changes in accordance with the consumed power to be changed outputted from the device information administrator 21. A device controller 25 controls at least one device corresponding to the control command outputted from the power-save determinator 23 in accordance with the control command. ;Accordingly, the fluctuation in the total consumed power of one or more power-consuming devices can be effectively suppressed.
